Total Care Program: Worry-free annual packages with automatic scheduling for activation, winterization, and backflow testing.
Standard Services: Individual services scheduled as needed - activation, winterization, or backflow testing.

If you have multiple properties, there will be a section for adding multiple addresses, property type, and billing address for each site. You will receive a separate contract and invoice for each site address you enroll in the program.

- Email: You will receive an email with your contract which will summarize the terms of the Total Care program and outline the pricing and selections you have made. Please review and ensure the details are correct. Once you have verified the details you can sign electronically.
- Invoice: After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice with the package you have selected.
- Welcome Letter: Once you have completed payment for the program, you will receive a welcome letter with further details about service timeframes and scheduling.
For Total Care Program (Renewals & Updates):
- Invoice: You will receive an invoice directly for your 2026 services.
- Confirmation: Once payment is received, your renewal is confirmed. You will receive details about service scheduling as each season approaches.
For Standard Services:
- Confirmation Email: You will receive an email that summarizes your information and the selections you made. Please review and ensure the details are correct.
- Scheduling: You are on our list! We will be in touch to schedule specific services as each service season arrives (Spring for activations, Fall for winterizations). Backflow tests will be scheduled throughout the season based on your area.
