Here are our 2026 prices for our three core services: Spring sprinkler system activations, Fall sprinkler system winterizations, and Backflow tests.

Total Care Program

Our Total Care Program allows you to bundle and pre-schedule your services and pay ahead of time for the year.

  • Platinum Plan: Annual plan includes Activation, Winterization, and Backflow Tests.
    • Base cost: $269
    • Additional sprinkler zone cost if you have more than four sprinkler zones: $20/zone
  • Gold Plan: Two of the three services.
    • Activation & Winterization:
      • Base cost: $205
      • Additional sprinkler zone cost if you have more than four sprinkler zones: $20/zone
    • Activation & Backflow Test:
      • Base cost: $179
      • Additional sprinkler zone cost if you have more than four sprinkler zones: $10/zone
    • Winterization & Backflow Test:
      • Base cost: $169
      • Additional sprinkler zone cost if you have more than four sprinkler zones: $10/zone
  • Silver Plan: One of the three services.
    • Activation:
      • Base cost: $109
      • Additional sprinkler zone cost if you have more than four sprinkler zones: $10/zone
    • Winterization:
      • Base cost: $99
      • Additional sprinkler zone cost if you have more than four sprinkler zones: $10/zone
    • Backflow Test: $72

Standard Services

  • Activation:
    • Base cost: $109
    • Additional sprinkler zone cost if you have more than four sprinkler zones: $10/zone
  • Winterization:
    • Base cost: $99
    • Additional sprinkler zone cost if you have more than four sprinkler zones: $10/zone
  • Backflow Test:
    • Primary Residence: $75
    • Secondary Residence (rental, second home, etc): $85
    • Commercial Property: $125
    • Managed Properties (i.e., managed rentals): $90

Travel Fees

In addition to the standard service fee, drive time fees may apply. However, during the height of our season, standard services (backflow tests, activations, and winterizations) in Sisters, Sunriver, and Redmond are exempt from drive time fees.

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, or situations where we are unable to access timers, assemblies, or other necessary areas, will be billed 50% of the service fee.

To help us complete your service efficiently, please provide clear instructions for accessing timers, gates, or any other areas we’ll need to reach.
