Platinum Package

Services: Backflow Testing, Activation, and Winterization.

Benefits: Ensures peak performance throughout the irrigation season.

Pricing: $250 for up to 4 zones; $20 per zone ($10 for winterization/$10 for activation) above 4.

Gold Package

Services: Choose any two services from Backflow Testing, Activation, or Winterization.

Benefits: Ideal for customers who prefer partial self-maintenance.

Pricing Options:

  • Backflow Test and Winterization: $154 for up to 4 zones; $10 per zone above 4.
  • Backflow Test and Activation: $164 for up to 4 zones; $10 per zone above 4.
  • Winterization and Activation: $188 for up to 4 zones; $20 per zone above 4.

Silver Package

Services: Choose a single Signature Service.

Benefits: Automatic yearly renewals and scheduling.

Pricing Options:

  • Activation: $99 for 4 zones; $10 per zone above 4.
  • Winterization: $89 for 4 zones; $10 per zone above 4.
  • Backflow Test: $65

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my services be billed?

You pay for each service upfront when you sign up for the program.  Then, in March of each year, you will be charged a yearly program charge for that year’s services.  You can cancel the program at any time, but there are no refunds for current years services.

What if I don’t want to pay upfront?

Currently, the Total Care Program is only available with upfront payment. However, we still offer all of our signature services outside of the program, just like we have in past years. You won’t receive the specific benefits offered by the Total Care Program, but you will get the same premium service and level of care that Deschutes Backflow is known for. When will I be contacted to schedule my services?

As we approach the season for the service you selected (spring for activations, fall for winterizations) we will reach out to you with a scheduled date.  After you receive this communication, you can contact us with any questions or changes required.

How will I know my services have been completed?

We will send you an email confirmation, along with a copy of your backflow test report (for backflow tests) once your service is completed.  We will, as always, handle all required communications with your water provider.

What if I decide I want to cancel?

You can cancel the program at any time, and will not be charged the program fee on the next anniversary of the program.  However, due to scheduling investments and planning requirements, we do not offer refunds for services within the year they were booked.

What if I move?

You have options!  We can either transfer your service to your new address (if you are staying in Central Oregon), or you can transfer it to the new owner.  Just let us know how we can help!
